Because of that issue with Spike disappearing, I decided to write a short guide to the game.

Banned From EqD Alpha 1.3 Guide:

Pinkie Pie - Plant ball - 1 day wait.
Trixie - Visit Twi, then buy muffin (optional), visit at night.
Applejack - Visit Twi, break rock w/ magic, apple bucking, visit.
Rainbow Dash - Get wings, win game.
Twilight Sparkle - Visit, give spike train ticket, visit at night.
Vinyl - Key is on the door.

Big Mac (Secret) - Visit him. After he says, “Nope.”, right click “Please! :D” and press play.

Secret Ending:

Day 1:
Get ball by scarecrow.
Plant ball in Pinkie’s room.
Visit Twi, say you’re busy, learn spells by clicking the book twice.
Become a unicorn.
CMC cutscene.
Ya got AJ, make 30 bits. (Initiates night)

Night 1:
Ya got Vinyl - key in the center of the record. (Initiates day)

Day 2:
Make 30 bits at the farm.
Buy train ticket.
Become a pegasus.
Visit Twi, give ticket to Spike.
Ya got RD.

Night 2:
Ya got Twi. (Initiates day)

Day 3:
Buy and eat muffin.
Become a unicorn.
Ya got Pinkie. (Initiates night)

Night 3: 
Ya got Trixie.* (Initiates day)
*For the first ending to Trixie’s encounter, use only Shield Breaker A. For the second, use A to disable the initial shield, and equip B before you finish.
